Hatzidakis Winery was founded in 1997. Founders: Haridimos Hatzidakis & Konstantina Chrysou. It is located at an altitude of 330 meters above sea level. He was neglected, because her parents, George & Catherine Chrysou, had left Santorini after the 1956 earthquake, and settled in Athens, as did much of Santorini at the time.
