The winery in Santorini is located on the east side of the island, on the beach, near the airport and between the settlements of Kamari and Monolithos. It is housed in an exceptional stone building built at the beginning of the last century. Its original use was not a winery, but a "tomato shop" that produced sun-dried tomatoes and aromatic tomato paste.
